Recently, an international conference on the SKA (Square Kilometer Array) project was held in Sicily, aimed at building the largest radio telescope ever constructed. Italy is also participating in this project, which will revolutionize the way astrophysics is conducted in the coming decades.

Astronomers Matteo Murgia from the Cagliari Astronomical Observatory and project scientist of the SRT project, and Paolo Serra, a researcher from Cagliari currently working in Sydney, Australia, discuss it on Tempo Reale (Radio Rai Sardegna).
