On Monday 18th, Tuesday 19th, and Wednesday 20th May 2015, the first training module of the ELECTRONICS cluster titled “Introduction to 3D digitization technologies and their use” will be held at the new headquarters of INAF-Osservatorio Astronomico di Cagliari, via della Scienza 5, Selargius (CA).
The classes will take place from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
The course is designed for system developers, industry companies, and users interested in the topic. The classes will be conducted by experts from Transform and Lighting, who will cover 3D digitization topics and demonstrate methods and algorithms for processing the captured 3D data.
Participation is free for members of the ELECTRONICS cluster and for all companies interested in joining, provided they have an operational base in Sardinia.
Large companies, university departments, and public and private research centers operating in or outside Sardinia can also participate, as long as they bring useful know-how and knowledge for the project’s development.
