What kind of astronomy? Statistics compared by CUG INAF

Among the tasks of the INAF’s Unified Guarantee Committee is the periodic drafting of the gender balance, a valuable analysis tool to promote effective gender equality in organizations and institutions. In this seminar, I will present some recent statistics on the presence of women in scientific faculties and in INAF, comparing the situation of our institution with that of other Italian and European entities.
