Open Up the Sky! An astronomical education project in prison

Thanks to an agreement signed by INAF – OAC and the Sardinia Justice Center, since August 2020 the project Open Up the Sky! has been underway, an astronomical education project at the Juvenile Penal Institute of Quartucciu.

During this brief talk, the motivations and general outlines of the project will be described, preliminary results presented, and the main challenges faced will be outlined.
