Last October, we embarked on a new path for managing purchase requests from OAC ‘users’, using an electronic platform set up by Andrea Saba as support. It has been, and continues to be, a work in progress, which will serve to reduce user headaches as much as possible. Today, we take stock of what has been done, how the web platform has evolved, and what tools
we need/want to equip ourselves with in order to respond to requests more effectively. Connected with the constraints we have, like it or not.
Last but not least, there will be plenty of room for comments, fierce or otherwise, on this taste of procurement…
This talk is primarily aimed at colleagues who manufacture equipment and who “buy” most frequently, although the rules that will be presented are valid for anyone who will sooner or later have to purchase a product.
Today, Astro Chiacchiere! is an informal meeting between the staff of the Cagliari Astronomical Observatory (staff, postdocs and students), which aims to discuss topics of a mainly scientific, technological and informative nature concerning the activities of the Observatory.
