Procurement in OAC: it’s not just for admin staff

Building a receiver, purchasing a laptop computer for R&D, printing an article: three examples of activities, more or less complex,
that require public procurement procedures. Sooner or later, we all become internal “customers” of our organisation, and we have to deal with the regulatory frameworks that govern the procurement of products and/or services by public administrations. These frameworks and constraints cannot be bypassed by showing annoyance and impatience.
Today’s astrochiacchiera introduces the “in itinere” organisational framework designed to attempt to harmonise the needs of OAC “customers” with regulatory constraints.
