Building a receiver, purchasing a laptop computer for R&D, printing an article: three examples of activities, more or less complex,

Sooner or later, we all become internal \u201ccustomers\u201d of our organisation, and we have to deal with the regulatory frameworks that govern the procurement of products and\/or services by public administrations.
