After graduation, I worked for a year as a software engineer at Nurjana Technologies. I have previously worked at OAC during my bachelor&#8217;s and master&#8217;s theses, and I am currently holding a research grant and involved in activities related to the PON. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Introduction of <b>Gianmarco<\/b>:<\/p>\n<p><em>Biography of Gianmarco Angius<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Gianmarco, nerdy but not too much, tennis player in a previous life, and now a sort of crossfitter<br \/>\n&#8211; Gianmarco received the M.Sc. degree (Laurea) in electronic engineering and the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering and computer science from the University of Cagliari, in 2005 and 2009, respectively.<br \/>\nHis research interests included the development of novel VLSI digital bio-inspired architectures, digital frameworks and algorithms for signal processing in biomedical devices, and the development of digital telemedicine systems.<br \/>\nAt Inpeco SpA, he was a firmware engineer for embedded systems inside total laboratory automation machines and project manager for new software products in the field of traceability in healthcare.<br \/>\nHe is currently a research fellow at INAF, where his interests are related to learning about radio astronomy receivers.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-4491","seminari","type-seminari","status-publish","hentry","categorie_seminari-astro-chiacchiere"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.oa-cagliari.inaf.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/seminari\/4491","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.oa-cagliari.inaf.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/seminari"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.oa-cagliari.inaf.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/seminari"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.oa-cagliari.inaf.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=4491"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
