Researcher in the Physics of the Interstellar Medium and Star Formation group. Research interests: My scientific activities are related to the formation and early evolution of massive young stellar objects and proto-clusters in our Galaxy; I am also interested in investigating the impact of massive young stellar objects and proto-clusters on their natal environment.<\/p>\n
My activity focuses primarily on providing observational constraints and tests to theories and models of star formation at wavelengths from the radio to the far-IR. Research positions: Previously, I was an astronomer at the Max Planck Institute for Radio Astronomy in Bonn working in the Millimeter and Submillimeter group and before that an ESO-ALMA fellow based in Garching. <\/p>\n
I obtained my PhD in 2004 from the University of Bonn, working with Prof. K. Menten and Prof. P.
